I’ve been working in cybersecurity since 2015, starting as a technical support specialist and growing into a cybersecurity professional. My career journey wasn’t a straight path. After high school, I pursued biology then changed to global management, aiming to become a doctor or accountant. Despite countless hours of studying, my grades were failing, and I was on the verge of being kicked out of college. It was one of the most difficult times in my life.

With guidance from an advisor, I realized my passion for IT, a field I’d loved since childhood. I made the switch to cybersecurity, and everything changed. I excelled academically, earning a Bachelor’s degree in IT con/ Cybersecurity with honors, a Master’s in Computer Information Systems con/ Security, and now I’m pursuing a PhD in Healthcare Cybersecurity.
